Job Description
We are looking for an HR Officer to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department and ensure efficient HR administration across the hotel. The role includes assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, training administration, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in human resources, administration, or hospitality operations. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills are essential. Knowledge of recruitment processes, HR administration, and Thai labour law is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally are required. Good English communication skills are an advantage.
