Job Description
We are looking for an HR Manager to lead all human resources functions and support the hotel’s business objectives by attracting, developing, and retaining talented employees. The role includes overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company standards while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous HR management experience within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, Thai labour law, performance management, and HR administration is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills are required. The ability to manage confidential information, lead HR initiatives, and build a positive workplace culture is essential. Good English communication skills are preferred.
