Job Description
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of the restaurant and deliver exceptional dining experiences in line with Meliá’s service standards. The role includes managing restaurant teams, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, overseeing service quality, controlling operational costs, driving revenue opportunities, handling guest feedback, and ensuring smooth and efficient outlet operations at all times.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous restaurant management experience within a hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills are essential. Experience in team development, restaurant operations, cost control, inventory management, and guest relations is required. Good English communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment are essential.
