Job Description

We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead all housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the hotel. The role includes managing housekeeping teams, overseeing guest rooms and public areas, conducting inspections, controlling inventories and budgets, developing team members, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction through efficient and effective housekeeping operations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have previous housekeeping management experience within a hotel or resort environment. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills are essential. Experience in team management, room inspections, inventory control, budgeting, quality assurance, and operational planning is required. The ability to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards, motivate teams, and deliver outstanding guest experiences is essential.
