Job Description

We are looking for a Bellman to provide professional luggage assistance and guest support services while ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival and departure experience. The role includes assisting guests with luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, delivering messages and amenities, providing information about hotel facilities, and supporting front office operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a professional appearance. Previous experience in hospitality, guest service, or a similar role is preferred but not essential. Good communication skills, physical fitness for luggage handling, and the ability to work flexible shifts are required. Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
