Job Description

We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to provide professional and friendly front office service while ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest experience from arrival to departure. The role includes handling check-in and check-out procedures, assisting guests with enquiries and requests, coordinating with other departments, managing room allocations, and maintaining high service standards to ensure guest satisfaction at all times.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have good communication and customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude. Previous experience in front office, guest service, or hospitality operations is preferred but not essential. Good English communication skills are required, along with the ability to work in shifts, handle guest requests efficiently, and perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
