Job Description
We are looking for an F&B Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations and ensure excellent service standards and guest satisfaction across restaurant and bar outlets. The role includes supervising service teams, coordinating smooth operational flow, assisting with staff training, handling guest enquiries and complaints, monitoring service quality, and supporting efficient outlet operations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in food and beverage service with supervisory responsibility within hospitality operations. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills are essential. Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and food safety practices is preferred. The ability to work under pressure, manage teams effectively, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment is required.
