The role includes managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, assisting guests with enquiries, maintaining accurate guest records, and supporting restaurant operations while delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for guest service. Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, or customer service is preferred. A professional appearance, positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Good English communication skills are required.
