We are looking for an Event Executive to coordinate and manage events while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and successful event execution. The role includes handling event enquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating with clients and hotel departments, managing event logistics, and ensuring all event requirements are delivered according to agreed standards and timelines.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in event coordination, catering sales, banquet operations, or hospitality-related roles. Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills are essential. The ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail is required. Good English communication skills and a professional appearance are preferred.
