Job Description
We are looking for a Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during the overnight shift and ensure a smooth, safe, and professional guest experience. The role includes supervising front office operations, handling guest enquiries and complaints, monitoring hotel security and night audit procedures, coordinating with departments, preparing operational reports, and ensuring all hotel standards are maintained throughout the night.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in front office or hotel operations with supervisory or management responsibility. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with hotel PMS systems, night audit procedures, and guest service operations is preferred. Good English communication skills and the ability to work overnight shifts are required.
