Job Description
- Manage and update online sales channels, hotel websites, and OTA platforms.
- Monitor room inventory, rates, promotions, and online content accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners regarding online sales activities.
- Analyze online sales performance, market trends, and competitor pricing.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities to maximize revenue.
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve online sales performance.
- Handle tasks assigned by the management team.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Experience in E-commerce, Online Sales, or the hospitality industry is preferred.

Knowledge of OTA platforms, Channel Manager, Booking Engine, and hotel systems.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
