Job Description
We are looking for a Chief Accountant to oversee the hotel’s accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and financial control procedures. The role includes managing month-end closing processes, preparing financial reports, monitoring internal controls, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies. The successful candidate will lead the accounting team while maintaining financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and strong work ethic with previous accounting experience within hospitality operations. Strong knowledge of hotel PMS, POS systems, and Microsoft Office is essential. Candidates should have a solid understanding of financial reporting, month-end processes, tax regulations, internal controls, and audit procedures. Strong leadership, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively are required.
