Job Description
Provide engaging and informative tours for guests, introducing local attractions, culture, history and points of interest while ensuring an enjoyable and well-organised experience. Assist guests throughout excursions, manage schedules and itineraries, and coordinate transportation and activities when required. Maintain high standards of guest service and safety throughout each tour.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Tour Guide or in a tourism and guest service role is preferred. Good knowledge of local attractions, culture and tourism activities is required, together with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good English is essential, with additional languages an advantage, and candidates should be friendly, confident, responsible and service-minded.
