The role includes performing a variety of massage therapies, body and facial treatments, preparing treatment rooms, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, recommending spa products and services, and ensuring every guest receives personalized and attentive care.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel, resort, spa, or wellness centre. A recognized massage or beauty therapy certification is preferred. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Knowledge of various massage techniques, body treatments, and spa products is required. A professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and guest care are essential.
