Job Description
Provide friendly and professional food and beverage service, ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable dining experience. Greet guests, present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve dishes according to hotel service standards. Maintain clean and properly arranged tables, respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate closely with the Kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress or Food & Beverage Attendant within a hotel, resort or restaurant is preferred. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards, menu presentation, order taking and upselling techniques is an advantage. Good English communication and guest service skills are preferred, together with a professional appearance, positive attitude, teamwork and the ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
