Job Description
Lead the hotel’s Safety & Security operations, ensuring the protection of guests, employees, property and hotel assets. Oversee security procedures, CCTV and access control, emergency response, fire and life safety, incident investigations and risk assessments. Lead and develop the Security team while coordinating emergency drills, maintaining required documentation and working closely with hotel departments and relevant authorities.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Safety & Security Manager, Security Manager or senior security professional within a hotel or resort is required. Strong knowledge of hotel security, fire and life safety, emergency procedures, risk management and incident investigation is essential. Good English communication, leadership and problem-solving skills are required, together with the ability to remain calm and make effective decisions during emergency situations.
