Job Description
Oversee workplace health and safety activities to ensure hotel operations comply with safety policies and applicable regulations. Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, accident investigations and emergency preparedness activities, and coordinate employee safety training and drills. Maintain required safety documentation, identify workplace hazards and work with department teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field, with certification as a Professional Level Safety Officer as required by Thai regulations. Minimum 2–5 years of occupational health and safety experience is required. Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and good written and spoken English are essential.
