Job Description
Oversee workplace health and safety activities at Namaka Resort Kamala, ensuring hotel operations comply with safety policies and relevant Thai regulations. Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, accident investigations and emergency preparedness activities while coordinating safety training and drills for employees. Maintain safety records and work with all departments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Safety Officer, preferably within a hotel, resort or similar workplace environment, is preferred. Appropriate Thai occupational safety qualifications/certification for the position are required, together with knowledge of workplace safety regulations, risk assessment, accident prevention and emergency procedures. Good communication, reporting and organisational skills are essential.
