Job Description
Clean and prepare guest rooms and bathrooms according to the hotel’s cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards. Change bed linens and towels, replenish guest amenities and ensure rooms are properly maintained and ready for guest arrivals. Perform daily room cleaning, report maintenance issues, damaged items and lost property, and respond professionally to guest requests while maintaining high standards of guest comfort and satisfaction.
