Job Description
Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent, Receptionist or in a similar Front Office role within a hotel or resort is preferred. Good English communication, computer and guest service skills are required, with experience using hotel PMS systems an advantage. Must be well-groomed, service-minded and confident communicating with Thai and international guests.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Room Maid, Room Attendant or in a similar Housekeeping role within a hotel or resort is preferred but not essential. Basic knowledge of room cleaning procedures, hygiene standards and safe handling of cleaning equipment is an advantage. Must be hardworking, reliable, physically fit and demonstrate strong attention to detail and a positive attitude towards guest service.
