Job Description
Clean and prepare guest rooms and bathrooms according to the hotel’s cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards. Change bed linens and towels, replenish guest amenities and ensure all rooms are properly maintained and ready for guest arrivals. Conduct daily room cleaning, report maintenance issues, damaged items and lost property, and respond professionally to guest requests while maintaining high standards of guest comfort and satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Room Attendant, Room Maid or Housekeeping Attendant within a hotel or resort is preferred but not essential. Basic knowledge of room cleaning procedures, housekeeping equipment, hygiene standards and safe handling of cleaning chemicals is an advantage. Must be hardworking, reliable, physically fit and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude, good teamwork skills and a strong commitment to maintaining excellent cleanliness standards.
