Job Description
Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites at Centara Reserve Samui to the high cleanliness and presentation standards expected of a luxury resort. Replace linens and towels, replenish amenities and ensure every room is fully prepared for guest arrival. Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly and respond professionally to guest requests while coordinating with the Housekeeping team.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Room Maid within a hotel or resort is preferred. Good knowledge of room cleaning procedures, hygiene standards and proper handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals is an advantage. Must be hardworking, reliable and physically fit, with excellent attention to detail and a positive, service-minded attitude.
