We are looking for a Resort Host - GSA to deliver excellent guest service and support smooth front office operations. The role includes assisting guests, handling check-in and check-out, resolving requests, and ensuring a welcoming resort experience. The successful candidate will lead by example and maintain high service standards at all times.
ความต้องการ
The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in guest services, front office, or a related hospitality role, with previous supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills are essential. Proficiency in Comanche PMS, MS Office, and strong spoken and written English are required, with additional languages considered an advantage.
