Job Description
Supervise the Resort Host team and ensure guests receive warm, personalised and attentive service throughout their stay. Oversee guest arrivals, departures, special requests, VIP arrangements and guest preferences while coordinating closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and other departments. Handle guest concerns and service recovery while supporting the team in delivering consistently high guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Resort Host Supervisor, Guest Relations Supervisor or senior guest-facing hospitality professional is preferred. Strong guest relations, service recovery and team supervision skills are required, together with good English communication and interpersonal skills. Must be well-groomed, service-minded and confident communicating with international guests.
