Job Description
Supervise the daily operation of the hotel’s recreation facilities and guest activities, ensuring all areas are safe, clean and well organised. Lead and support Recreation Attendants, coordinate activity schedules and equipment, and engage with guests to encourage participation. Monitor safety procedures and work closely with other departments to deliver enjoyable and memorable recreational experiences.
Requirements
Previous experience in hotel or resort recreation, sports, fitness or leisure operations, with supervisory experience preferred. Good knowledge of recreational activities, pool and activity safety procedures and guest service standards is required. Good English communication, leadership and organisational skills are essential, with an energetic, outgoing and service-minded personality.
