Job Description
Provide friendly and attentive service around the hotel’s swimming pool and recreation areas, ensuring guests have a safe and enjoyable experience. Prepare and maintain poolside areas, arrange sun loungers and towels, assist guests with requests and monitor the cleanliness and presentation of facilities. Coordinate with relevant departments and promptly report any safety or maintenance concerns.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Pool Attendant, Recreation Attendant or in a similar guest service role within a hotel or resort is preferred. Candidates should be friendly, energetic and service-minded, with good communication skills and basic English an advantage. Must be comfortable working outdoors, physically fit and attentive to pool safety and guest wellbeing.
