Job Description
Gain practical hospitality experience through internship opportunities across all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Spa, Engineering and other operational areas. Work alongside experienced hotel professionals while developing practical skills, learning hotel procedures and gaining hands-on experience in a professional resort environment.
Requirements
Open to students currently completing a relevant vocational, diploma or university programme who require practical internship experience. Candidates should be responsible, eager to learn, service-minded and able to work effectively as part of a team. Basic English communication skills are an advantage, depending on the assigned department.
Interns receive a THB 5,000 monthly allowance, 6 days off per month, free accommodation, staff transportation, uniforms and 2 meals per working day. A Certificate of Internship will also be provided upon successful completion of the internship programme.
