Job Description
As a Guest Service Agent (GSA) at Ludus Hotel & Spa, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences in a serene and luxurious environment. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests with warmth and professionalism, assisting them with check-in and check-out processes, and addressing any inquiries or requests they may have throughout their stay. You will play a vital role in ensuring that each guest feels valued and cared for, creating lasting memories that will encourage them to return to our beautiful hotel in Phuket.
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a harmonious atmosphere for both guests and staff. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing reservations, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, and providing local recommendations to enhance our guests' experiences. By fostering a spirit of teamwork and hospitality, you will contribute to an environment where both guests and colleagues feel supported and appreciated, embodying the core values of Ludus Hotel & Spa.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest service or front office role in a hotel or resort.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Thai and another language is a plus.
- Friendly and welcoming personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is an advantage.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail to manage check-ins and check-outs smoothly.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is preferred.
