Job Description
Provide friendly and professional food and beverage service, ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable dining experience. Greet guests, present menus, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond promptly to guest requests. Maintain clean and properly arranged tables, support upselling activities, and coordinate closely with the Kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations and consistently high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant, Waiter/Waitress or Server within a hotel, resort or restaurant is preferred. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards, menu presentation, order taking and upselling techniques is an advantage. Good English communication and guest service skills are preferred, together with a professional appearance, positive attitude, teamwork and the ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment.
