Job Description
We are looking for a Duty Engineer to oversee daily engineering operations and ensure all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems operate safely and efficiently. The role includes responding to maintenance requests, supervising repair works, monitoring plant and equipment performance, coordinating preventive maintenance activities, and supporting the smooth operation of the hotel’s engineering systems.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in engineering or maintenance operations within a hotel, resort, or commercial property environment. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and building systems is essential. Good problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills are required. The ability to work in shifts, respond to emergencies, and maintain high safety and operational standards is essential.
