Job Description
Lead all Food & Beverage operations at Centara Reserve Samui, ensuring exceptional dining experiences, strong service standards and efficient, profitable operations. Oversee restaurants, bars and related F&B activities while managing budgets, cost control, sales analysis and inventory to maximise revenue and minimise waste. Lead and develop the F&B team, drive menu and service innovation, and ensure full compliance with hygiene, food safety and operational standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel and Tourism Management, Food & Beverage Management or a related field. Strong management and financial skills are required, including budgeting, cost control, sales analysis and inventory management, together with thorough knowledge of hygiene regulations and food safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication and team development skills are essential, with a creative and visionary approach to F&B concepts and guest experiences. Excellent written and spoken English is required.
