Job Description
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the hotel’s public areas, corridors, restrooms, staff facilities and other assigned areas. Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitising surfaces. Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained while promptly reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards or damaged facilities to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Cleaner, Public Area Attendant or Housekeeping Attendant within a hotel, resort or similar environment is preferred but not essential. Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards and safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment is an advantage. Must be hardworking, reliable, physically fit and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
