Job Description
The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing an assigned kitchen section, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in accordance with hotel recipes, standards and food safety requirements. The role supports the Sous Chef and Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, stock control, portion consistency and maintaining a clean and organised work area. The Chef de Partie also guides junior kitchen team members and helps ensure efficient service across the hotel’s restaurants, banquets and other food and beverage outlets.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie within a hotel, resort or quality restaurant environment is preferred, with strong practical cooking skills in the relevant cuisine or kitchen section. Candidates should have good knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen safety, food preparation and proper storage procedures, together with the ability to work efficiently during busy service periods. A positive attitude, teamwork, attention to detail and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays are essential for this hotel kitchen position in Thailand.
