Job Description
Prepare and serve coffee, tea and specialty beverages according to hotel recipes and presentation standards. Operate and maintain coffee equipment, manage daily mise en place and ensure the beverage station remains clean and well stocked. Engage with guests, recommend beverages and provide friendly, efficient service.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Barista in a hotel, resort, café or quality restaurant is preferred. Good knowledge of espresso preparation, coffee beans, milk steaming and basic latte art is an advantage. Must be service-minded, well-groomed and able to communicate effectively with Thai and international guests.
