Job Description
Supervise daily bar operations to ensure efficient beverage service, consistent drink quality and excellent guest experiences. Lead the bar team during shifts, monitor stock and equipment, and ensure cocktails and beverages are prepared to hotel standards. Support upselling, inventory control and opening and closing procedures while maintaining a clean and organised bar.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor, Senior Bartender or similar role in a hotel, resort or quality bar is preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beverage service and bar operations is required. Good English communication, leadership and guest service skills are essential.
