Job Description
Lead the hotel’s Finance and Accounting operations at Dusit Thani Bangkok, ensuring effective financial controls, accurate reporting and proper management of hotel assets, cash funds and revenues. Establish and maintain strong internal control systems while overseeing accounting functions and supporting the hotel’s overall financial performance. Ensure financial processes comply with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, with a minimum of 8 years’ financial management experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a 5-star environment. Strong knowledge and proven experience in finance and accounting within hotels, residential projects or the hospitality industry is highly regarded. Good written and spoken English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a professional approach are required.
