Job Description
บริหารรายได้ของโรงแรมโดยวิเคราะห์อัตราการเข้าพัก ราคา ความต้องการของตลาด และแนวโน้มการจอง เพื่อเพิ่มรายได้และผลกำไรสูงสุด กำหนดกลยุทธ์ด้านราคา โปรโมชั่น และบริหารช่องทางการขาย รวมถึง OTA และระบบจองออนไลน์ต่าง ๆ ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายขาย การตลาด และแผนกสำรองห้องพัก พร้อมจัดทำ Forecast และรายงานผลการดำเนินงานด้านรายได้
Requirements
มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Revenue Management, Reservations หรือ E-commerce ในโรงแรมหรือรีสอร์ต โดยมีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Revenue Manager จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีความรู้ด้านการกำหนดราคาห้องพัก Forecasting, Yield Management, OTA, Channel Manager และระบบ PMS มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ดี มีความเข้าใจด้านธุรกิจโรงแรม และสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
