Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist to provide exceptional guest service and support the smooth daily operation of the hotel spa. The Spa Receptionist will welcome guests, manage spa reservations and treatment schedules, answer enquiries, explain treatments and wellness packages, process payments, coordinate with Spa Therapists, maintain guest records, and promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and spa revenue.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Spa Receptionist, Front Office Agent, or Guest Service professional within a hotel, resort, spa, or wellness environment. Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills are essential. Experience with spa booking systems, reservations, cash handling, and upselling is preferred. Good English communication skills, professional grooming, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced hospitality environment are required.
