Job Description
Supervise daily hotel security operations to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, property and hotel assets. Monitor patrols, access control, CCTV, incident response and emergency procedures while coordinating with hotel departments when security concerns arise. Lead Security Officers during assigned shifts and ensure all incidents are properly documented and reported.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or senior Security Officer, preferably within a hotel or resort environment, is required. Good knowledge of security procedures, CCTV monitoring, emergency response, fire safety and incident reporting is essential. Strong leadership, observation and problem-solving skills are required, with the ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies.
