Job Description

  • Primary goal of the individual is to convert potential clients into the hotel buyers of function spaces, outside catering, and other services. Achieving the hotel’s Banquet Revenue and being able to convert as much inquiries as possible.
  • Sets in conjunction with the Director of Sales & Marketing / Director of Sales - Corporate to the current rates as charged by the hotel, set by the DOSM.
  • Pays visits to former, existing, and potential clients in view of entering into contracts with them.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and corporate clients.
  • Good English Communication and writing skills.
  • Strong in develop strategic customer accounts and cultivate new business opportunities.
