Job Description
Support the hotel’s sales activities and business development initiatives to maximise revenue, increase market share and achieve sales targets. Identify potential clients, maintain relationships with corporate accounts, travel agents, tour operators and business partners, and conduct sales calls, client meetings and hotel site inspections. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, contracts and reports while coordinating closely with Reservations, Revenue and Marketing teams to ensure effective sales performance and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Coordinator or in a similar hotel sales role is preferred. Good knowledge of hotel sales operations, account management, market segments and business development is an advantage. Good written and spoken English, communication, negotiation and organisational skills are required, together with a professional appearance, positive attitude, commercial awareness and the ability to work towards sales targets.
