Job Description
Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites according to the hotel’s luxury cleanliness and presentation standards. Replace linens and towels, replenish guest amenities and ensure every room is carefully prepared for arrivals and stayover guests. Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly and respond professionally to guest requests.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Room Maid within a hotel or resort is preferred but not essential. Good knowledge of room cleaning procedures, hygiene standards and safe handling of cleaning equipment is an advantage. Must be hardworking, reliable, physically fit and demonstrate strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
