Job Description
Lead the hotel’s People & Culture (Human Resources) function, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. Support department leaders with workforce planning and employee engagement while ensuring HR policies and practices comply with Thai labour regulations and company standards. Drive initiatives that create a positive workplace culture and support employee retention and development.
Requirements
Previous experience as a People & Culture Manager, Human Resources Manager or Assistant HR Manager within a hotel or resort is preferred. Strong knowledge of Thai labour law, recruitment, employee relations, HR policies and learning and development is required. Good English communication, leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential, together with the ability to work effectively with employees and management at all levels.
