Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Night Manager to take full responsibility for the hotel overnight and ensure a safe, smooth, and welcoming experience for every guest. You will lead the night team across front office, security, and guest services, complete the night audit, and handle late arrivals, guest requests, and any incidents that arise. This senior role suits a composed, guest-focused hotel professional who can make confident decisions independently.
Requirements
You need at least 3 years of experience in hotel front office, duty management, or night audit, ideally in a 4–5 star hotel or resort. Fluent English, strong PMS knowledge such as Opera, and solid skills in complaint handling, cash control, and emergency procedures are essential. You must be comfortable working permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
