Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Night Manager to lead overnight hotel operations at our property in Thailand, acting as the senior manager on duty from evening through morning. You will oversee the front office, night audit, security, and guest services, making sure every guest is looked after and any issue is handled quickly. This hotel job in Thailand suits a calm, hands-on leader who keeps standards high and operations running smoothly through the night.
Requirements
You need at least 3 years of hotel front office or duty manager experience, with solid knowledge of night audit procedures and PMS systems such as Opera. Fluent English is required and Thai is a strong advantage, along with confident handling of complaints, emergencies, and cash. You must be able to work permanent night shifts and make sound decisions on your own as the most senior person on property.
