Job Description
Manage the hotel’s Maintenance and Engineering operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, equipment and facilities are maintained safely and efficiently. Plan and oversee preventive maintenance, repairs and daily work orders while supervising technicians and coordinating with hotel departments and contractors. Monitor utilities, equipment performance and maintenance costs to minimise breakdowns and operational disruption.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager, Engineering Manager or senior Maintenance Supervisor in a hotel or resort is required. Strong practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems and preventive maintenance is essential. Good leadership, technical problem-solving and team management skills are required, with relevant technical or engineering qualifications preferred.
