Job Description
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails and other beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards. Support the bar team with mise en place, garnishes, stock preparation and daily bar operations while engaging with guests and recommending suitable drinks. Maintain a clean, organised bar and assist with developing creative beverage experiences.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Bartender, Junior Mixologist or in a similar beverage service role within a hotel, resort, restaurant or quality bar is preferred. Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, mixing techniques and bar operations is required. Good English communication, creativity and guest service skills are important, together with a willingness to learn and develop professional mixology skills.
