Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role in a hotel or resort environment.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety standards specific to the hospitality industry.
- Ability to manage and train a team of housekeeping staff effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written; ability to communicate clearly with staff and guests.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Knowledge of inventory management for cleaning supplies and room amenities, with the ability to order and restock as needed.
- Certification in housekeeping management or related field is preferred, such as from a recognized hospitality training institution.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the property and guests.
