Job Description
Lead daily Housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house facilities consistently meet the hotel’s cleanliness and presentation standards. Manage and develop the Housekeeping team, oversee room inspections, staffing, linen and inventories, and coordinate closely with Front Office and Engineering. Monitor departmental productivity, costs and guest feedback while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager, Assistant Housekeeping Manager or senior Housekeeping Supervisor within a hotel or resort is required. Strong knowledge of room operations, inspections, linen and inventory control, budgeting and housekeeping standards is essential. Good leadership, organisational and communication skills are required, together with strong attention to detail and a service-minded approach.
