Job Description
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Phuket Bangtao is seeking a General Manager to lead the hotel through its pre-opening phase and into successful operations ahead of the planned Q1 2027 launch. Located in one of Phuket’s fastest-growing resort destinations, the role will oversee all hotel operations, commercial performance, team development, and guest experience standards. The successful candidate will work closely with ownership to establish the hotel’s market presence, drive business performance, and build a strong operational culture aligned with IHG brand values.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have proven hotel leadership experience with a strong commercial and strategic mindset, including experience managing overall P&L performance. Previous experience in pre-opening, repositioning, or growth-focused hotel environments is highly preferred. Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and team development skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of the Phuket market or similar leisure-driven destinations. Fluent English is required, while Thai language ability and strong local market knowledge are considered major advantages.
