Job Description
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to lead and oversee all food and beverage operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong financial performance. The role includes managing the daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, banquet facilities, and other F&B outlets, leading and developing the F&B team, maintaining the highest standards of service and hygiene, controlling budgets, food and beverage costs, and inventory, collaborating with the Executive Chef on menu planning and promotions, and driving revenue growth while maximizing guest satisfaction.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a Food & Beverage management role within a hotel or resort. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential. Proven experience in restaurant operations, banquet management, budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and team development is required. A thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, excellent commercial awareness, and the ability to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced hospitality environment are essential. Good English communication skills are required, and additional language skills are an advantage.
